    By default a drive has engineering sectors which when a bad block is found it gets remapped to them. So if you see bad blocks it means there is a lot all ready. Ssd drives are so cheap now and 10 times faster so the real answer is to a ssd and your of will fly

    So if I want my internet connection work like the old times I must buy a new hard drive?

    With a bad hard drive there is no way of knowing what is corrupted

    The only thing is as the disk has bad blocks and possibly corupton NO account clone it or it will take the bad blocks with it A CLEAN INSTALL IS NEEDED

    I did not get thee meaning of no account clone it and the clean install is needed. I mean clean install of what?

    If you get a new drive you need to reinstall win7 if you get a ssd it needs special settings
