    Bluetooth not connection to mobile

Devices linked previously via Bluetooth (BT) but not connected now, out of the blue. Tried ‘ad device’ a few times, no reaction. After a day of searches I’m lost. BT icon showing on Win 7 PC but cannot add discoverable BT mobile or JBL speaker. Ran troubleshoots / checked ‘all BT drivers working properly / BT settings set like recommended vs allow devices to connect (and to find) to pc/allow / updated all BT drivers (they were all up to date) / under Hardware checked ‘Microsoft BT Enumerator’ and’ Ralink 4.0 Adapter’ = shows ‘working properly’ / restarted after every action.
On MOBILE my PC is listed (previous linking) as linked but does not see PC. JBL speaker connects fine to mobile.

Looked under PC ‘devices and printers’ ….. shows 2 unspecified ‘BT perispheral Device’, could not activate them so deleted them / restarted / choose ‘add device, searches and finds nothing (the mobile is set correct for ‘discoverable’).
What happened after I connected PC and Mobile last time? Cant be switch from Firefox to Chrome.

    Hello cpeterm,

From the Start Menu, type into Search Box services.msc and press Enter. Next, search for the Bluetooth Service, and check this is set to Automatic Start.

Yes, you can delete (uninstall) the present Bluetooth drivers, and then download (install) drivers from HP Probook 450 G1.
On the HP site, the Bluetooth drivers are under the Driver-Network folder.
Make sure you pick up the correct Bluetooth driver, as there appear to be several compatible with your computer (eg. Intel or Ralink). Might be best to install them all.
Make sure you have the correct model of Probook 450. i.e., is it Probook 450 G1, G2, or G6, etc? Before downloading.

    To re-install
    Open Device Manager
Find Bluetooth Node, and open it
Find your Bluetooth driver, and right-mouse click it. Then select uninstall from drop-down menu.
    Re-start the computer.
Then install the correct driver from the HP website.

Alas, I did not know ProBook G0.

Follow this link HP ProBook 450 G0 and choose your Operating System, then expand the Driver-Network folder to obtain your Bluetooth Drivers.
