    Hi kingston896,

Don't know of any software that would change your proxy server every 15 minutes, if that is what you are asking.
Searching the Net doesn't produce any results either.
Why do you want a fresh, I assume new proxy server every15 minutes?
What is the point of this? Security?

I didn't think people still used proxies.

The cool term nowadays is "VPN", although VPN is a completely different thing

Back then I used an add-on for Firefox called Foxyproxy. But as mentioned, proxies are not used much and they are not going to hide your IP like you think. Also, you don't know who's sniffing the proxy's connection.

The use of proxies is still possible but you may find it works against the user. most proxies are used to try and defeat Geofencing streamed media, a lot of content providers can judge any proxy to be an attempt to beart security and block the ip address.

There is also a major issue with the use of a new proxy too often, something like 15 minute change would likely trigger some defensive measure from a provider and so proxy suppliers are unlikely to offer a service of this type

Just using a proxy not switching two of which I'm personally familiar, Google, & Comcast!

Even without use of proxy, Comcast blocked Sevenforums & Sysnative. Called Comcast, talked to rep from Taiwan who insisted they were not blocking them, and during the end of the phone call, I miraculously had access again!
