    Hi

    see you have an Atheros 9285 card.

    1)
    Go to the Unknown device
    Update driver -- select --browse my computer then choose Let me pick
    UNTICK show compatible hardware
    scroll down to Atheros (left side) then from the right side select the 9285 (choice of 2 try both)

    Hello again, done both but again no....

    The second option is downloading a .dll file and I cannot do anything. It also says that I should download the Driver Finder but of course, it cannot work without Internet...

    The error code is Code31, for the other two is Code10

    I have already done 6 times format and install Win7 starter. After the installation process, I have lost the adapters.

    running out of options here, but if you've re-installed 6 times then

    can you check your Bios is wifi enabled, or if the wifi switch on the laptop is On??

    Hi again,


    in BIOS everything is OK, WiFi switch on the laptop OK, tried the Fix nothing...
    This is the first time I am facing a problem like this...
