Can't access windows 7 machines on domain with c$

Recently a couple of pc's can't share anymore.
For example: We could always access the pc's via the name\c$. This no longer works. The pc's ping fine

I already reset windows firewall to default setting. No luck
Also turned the windows firewalls of, still no luck.
