    Remote Desktop Protocol

When running an RDP session to my remote machine, I cannot:
1 cut and paste files between the two machines
2 Access the remote camera or speaker
Is this a normal limitation of RDP

The link does not refer to Windows 7? I am also a little confused as to which is 'client' and 'server'

Server is the PC your connecting to client is the PC your connecting from. RDP is the same on most systems

Since Samuria already answered the copy/paste part, I'll add a note about speakers.

In the same "local resources" tab, you'll find a remote audio settings button. This will let you choose between playing the audio on the remote computer (ie, using its speakers as if you were using it normally), bring the audio to the local computer (ie the sounds plays on the computer you're connecting from in whatever sound device you have available), or supress audio completely on both ends.

No idea about the camera really, never had one to test, but you can try your luck with the options on the local resources tab too.
