    Im online,yet-Im not

PC stops loading web sites at random times. Some times Im online for a few hours, sometimes an hour or so. Goole,Opera and AVG browsers do the same. All devices "show Okay".PC shows Im online, connected, yet-Im not! Dont know what to do next. I hate Win10, love Win 7. Do not want to upgrade..any help out there?

NOTE. On Google ,.the top right corner of Google Page, the icons, email, images, flask, etc. dissapear, thats when I lose connectivity.

    On line but not online

Online but not online! What causes the Icons ( email- flask-images and pic.) on Google page, top right corner to load ?They load an instant after the full page is loaded. When they are loaded -all is Okay, but when they randomly disappear after being loaded then I can not use the internet even though everything says I’m online and connected. Online sites/pages simply will not load. Period. Must be something in Win 7 OS causing this but what? When this happens all browsers stop loading..
