It depends. Is the device connected using a wired Ethernet or wireless Wi-Fi? If Ethernet then the speed should be close to expected speed. If Wi-Fi then it depends upon the capability. If Wi-Fi is it 2.4GHz or 5GHz? Then is it capable of 802.11n, 802.11ac, 802.11ax, or what?

The images kind of implies that you're using your ISP own website to measure your speed. Never do this.
They have all sort of reasons to lie to you, as you pay them for your access.

Always use third party test sites, and compare them to your actual contracted speed. If they're close enough, that's a good test! But if you're far off your theoretical speed, then you (or your ISP) have a problem.

I tried Samknows RealSpeed. It is not compatible with my Xfinity gateway.

Comcast probably doesn't care. They are the fourth-largest broadcasting and cable television company worldwide by revenue (behind China Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T). It is the third-largest pay-TV company, the second-largest cable TV company by subscribers, and the largest home Internet service provider in the United States.
