Internet speed is wildly slow compared to other computer.

My issue is that my windows 7 rig uses the same PCIe wifi card to connect to the internet as my other my other pc, but is much slower. They can connect to each other over the wifi router at maximum speed but the windows 7 machine is capped at 10-20mbps on the internet, when it should be doing 150mpbs, it has been like this from installation and there same issue appears with ethernet.

by the way what are the wifi/ethernet cards

They are both FENVI AC1200M's. Also I don't understand what you are saying sorry, do you mean the adapter network settings?
