Solved Does Anyone Know Of A Safe VPN Running on Win 7

I was using NordVPN but after its latest version update no longer runs on Win 7 (and the old version isn't available to download). Anyone know of a VPN that will run on Win 7 and (1) really doesn't log information and (2) has been audited to confirm that?
