Duh?

    Duh?

OK, so I think I did something kinda stupid.

I did a clean install of W7 last night on my new (personal) computer. I gave it a name of Jamie, not thinking.

The problem? I'm wireless at home, and my work computer also has the same name.

The network seems to be confusing them, and I'm getting an error on my work computer that the same name already exists on the network.

Is there a way to change the new computer's name? I know I can create a new user/admin and transfer everything over; but I don't think that's the same issue, is it?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanx,
    Jamie

    LOL no problem...

In some dialog boxes, MS takes useability to new lows. :)
