    XP Machine Print

Hello all, I have an issue thats stumped me, that is:
    1. I have a Hp Laserjet 1020 printer attached via USB cable to my Windows 64 bit machine.
    2. I have a second machine that wirelessly connects through a router attached to my windows 7 64 bit machine. The 2nd. machine is 32 bit and uses Windows XP SP2
    3. Is it possible for the 2 machines to share the lasejet printer?
I have researched this under Homegroups but the 2 OS's are incompatable.

    Hi Adrian

Possible but difficult. You are going to have to install it locally first on both machines so the correct driver gets installed. then share it on what ever machine you want to use it.

Hello there my friend, as I understand you: I have the Laserjet installed and physically connected to the Windows 7 machine. I must locally install the printer on the Wirless connected XP machine. Is this correct?
