WUA 2340 Driver issue
Hello, I am currently using the D-Link Wua 2340 wireless G adapter on my desktop but recently have been experiencing issues.
I had been getting BSOD so another user told me it was the drivers for the adapter so I uninstalled them and downloaded the most recent version, but when I try to install them it comes to a step where it says "insert your new hardware and click next". So I plug it in and click next but it says it's unplugged. I have tried multiple times uninstalling/re-installing running in compatibility for Windows Vista/XP. Everything I can think of. I also tried using device manager to update the drivers but it says they are already the most recent. The adapter worked before I uninstalled the drivers but now I need to run an ugly Ethernet cord around my house for internet |

You could try to do a System Restore, using one of the restore points just before you removed the good working driver.
System Restore Best regards, zx81 |

D-Link WUA-2340 & Windows 7 Compatability
I Have Recently Installed Windows 7 Ultimate On My Dell Optiplex 755 And Cannot Get It To Accept My D-Link WUA 2340 USB Wireless Device. All D-Link Has For Drivers Is The Same Ones For XP Which Is V.1.50. Is There Any Other Drivers Out There That Will Work For This Device & Windows 7, Have Tried Running In Compatability Mode, NO JOY??? It Says On The Website For D-Link That The END OF LIFE For This Device Was Sept. 2010. Are They Just Leaving Us Hang With There Product Or What?? Any Advice Would Be Appreciated. TIA.

Buy a new adapter
I recently purchased a new desktop with windows 7 home x64 and have similar problems. The adapter actually seems to work for a few hours until I get the BSOD. I'm giving up and buying a new adapter, hopefully one with drivers specifically for windows 7. If you're really stubborn than look into the windows 7 virtual wifi adapter. Disabling this may prevent the BSOD but it may also disable some networking capabilities.

Can anyone help with this driver issue? I was checking my drivers for current and found this coprocessor driver error. I've disabled the onboard Nvidia chip for the PCIe BFG GTX260 card, could this be it disabled or something else?
