    Under Windows services (type services.msc in the search box) is WlanAutoconfig enabled?

    All that utility does is tell me my wireless adapter and driver version...

    PS: I updated drivers but to no effect.

    Thanks for the help so far guys, I'm sure we'll find a solution to this.

    Seeing as the hardware is brand new and a native Windows7 machine can't you call Toshiba support?

    Perhaps there's a generic/system specific issue they can talk you though...
