xp to win 7

Hi my name is david and i am having trouble with networking , been thru the forums but cannot find my issue . i have set up win 7 networking with xp computer, win 7 computer (lenovo) has printer attched to it. os is win 7 rc. set up the network thru levinton router . on the win 7 computer i can see and access the xp computer shared folders. but on the xp i cannot see the win7 computer / no share folders and no printer. pls help

There is a firmware update here:

10/100/1000Mbps 4-Port Gigabit Router > Data Networking > Connected Home > Leviton Integrated Networks and Controls > All Leviton Products from Leviton Electrical and Electronic Products

If the router update doesn't help make sure these settings are correct.
