    How to track internet disconnections

    Hello everyone.

I'm connected to the internet via a modem router of a LAN. Lately, I'm suffering a lot of disconnections to the internet. They don't last too long but it's quite annoying when you're precisely surfing the web. I contacted my ISP and they conveniently say they are not aware of the issue in my area. So, I'm trying to send them a complete report of those events.

I wonder whether there's a way to track those disconnections by means of some tool of the event viewer or any other administrative tool. I guess so but don't know which one.

In case there's some way to do it, it would be important to know whether there's a way to pinpoint the disconnections origin, I mean, to know and record whether they takes place in the LAN (from the router inwards) or in the WAN (from the router outwards).

    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for your interest, aem.

Ok, I see. You suggest through the very IE. The problem is that it's not my default web browser and actually I use several of them. Do you know if that would record events of other web browsers?

    Cheers.
