i'm assuming that you mean remote desktop, not a vpn. since you can't do that from inside your network. you need to forward port 3389 to the computer inside your network that you want to be able to connect to from outside your network.

OK, let me re do this again

PC with win 7 Incoming connections connected to a modem (static IP) (port forw. 1723)

2 PC connected to a router connected to the same modem (dynamic IP)

now the problem is I can connected with VPN from any PC conneted to the router BUT even it say that is connected I can't see any shared folder.

and when I try to connected from the outside (home PC) can't connect (error registering ... something)

at the end I cant access the shared folder from no PC at all

PD. Can I use FTP instead of VPN (Docs has important and private information)

    Thanks

Why did you opted to use VPN connections?

files to used has personal and private information, VPN is more secure, if you got better idea letme know I just need to access the shared folders from a remote location and secured

So you are "tunnelling" into your home VPN network from say at work, not all connections are from home?

So you are trying to create ahome VPN connection that could allow you to access your work's network? you realise that your work has to allow this first? Your work might have a VPN utility (or VPN settings) for you you installed, and instructions on how to connect (usually with sepArate userid and password). Have you spoken to them yet?
