Ok I believe I figured it out from searching the internet. Some one said the "TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper" was not started so I went under computer management and service and it was there and not started I started it and I can now get on the other computers. I post this in my own thread and it works now.
    good for you..
i also go computer management and services.. and i see that "TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper" is already set to automatic and it is started.. i disable it and set it back to automatic.. and i stop it and start it again.. it still have the error..

    Try This

In network and sharing make sure you have network discovery on and also turn off password protected sharing restart your computers and try again

    Router Firewall

your router firewall may be blocking it as well you can try as a test to turn off the firewall in the router and see if you can connect.

    Why Two Networks

why the two networks you should have one network with both computers connecting to that same network

    Networks

with networked computers you would have each computer identified with a name like PC 1 and PC 2 you would also want each computer to belong to the same workgroup name
