Check to make sure your router is compatible with Windows 7: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/com...s/default.aspx. If it is, update your drivers: Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly.

I didn't see my router in there. I have a 2Wire 2700HG-B in case anyone knows if it's compatible or not.
I didn't really think about that. I was at another persons house using there wireless router. I guess i'll go try that one again and if it works then i'll know it's my router.
Ok i went to the router that I originally used and that ones not working for my computer either.
Whenever i run troubleshooting the computer allways tells me that my wireless capability is turned off. Does this mean that I have some firewall blocking it or does it mean that my network adapter is dead?
That is not good news. Can you borrow a WiFi dongle from someone?
What is a wifi dongle? I don't think I know anyone who has one of those anyways but if you explain it I might be able to get one.
