Looks like we can declare that this machine doesn't or hasn't come with BT device.
One other was is to run the hwinfo tool attached.
Download and unzip to C:\
Go to command promp and type this. For easier tracking go to root C:\
Type cd \ and hit enter.
Type Cd hwinf535
The type hwinfo -ar > hwinfo.txt
ie C:\hwinf535> hwinfo.exe -ar > hwinfo.txt
Go into the .txt which you have piped. Search for "Bluetooth" or "BT"
That said it may not show up if the device is disabled in BIOS lol.
