I have little computer knowledge so please be gentle with this. I have just set up a secure home network with a Vista computer. This has happily picked up an XP computer but not one running Windows 7. The network key just does not work although it says that it does on the USB flash drive. The 7 computer picked up the internet connection before it was security enabled. So:

1 Does anyone have an answer to make the 7 connection work; or

2 Can I remove the security and go back to an unsecured network which the 7 computer will work on once again?

I had a similar problem when I tried to use the built in security password on my router, you know the really long one that is impossible to rememeber. It simply did not work for me at all. I ended up creating my own password in the router control panel and it worked when I punched it into my Win 7 wireless machine.
