your right!! i'll surely call them later to ask for a new one!!! but i cant understand it ... why is it when i pull the cable ... and bring it back again ... it fixes the issue!! it has a work network!
isn't my windows 7 is the problem?? because i dont have these issues when im using windows Vista! dont you thinK?

Settings

when you connect the Windows 7 machine to the network and it gives you the option to choose what type of network you are attached to to you select work-home etc.

Let me guess.. Philippines right? *lol* I know the company there.


One thing we need to do....

I will be happy to show you how to set up yoru network if you don't mind setting up a remote desktop and i can see what you are doing....

What i am going to do is have you ping a few computers once we get the set up... and then make sure all yoru settings are up to par...

if you consier this option... just private message me with your msn messenger email account and we can connect through that, get me on one of your windows 7 computrs, okay.

Your router is on the compatablity list. A reset of the router is all that should be needed to get you back online. I'm not sure why anyone would want to set up a network manually these days when you can usually just push a button.

Far as I know, modern routers can handle IP assignments just fine. I just like the easy way I guess. That assumes the router is the problem which it may not be. It might be worth looking into the drivers a little more.
