That limited access message usually relates to a driver problem. Maybe going into Device Manager and rolling the driver back and foward will get it working again. Are you getting the message with every machine?
This user had the same type of strange connection problem using the same Realtek 8185 adaptor as you have. Could be a compatibility problem with that adaptor. I can't seem to be able to look it up on the Windows 7 compatiblity chart. I think were way beyond coinsidence here. The Realtek 8185 seems to be problematic with Win 7.

Maybe just installing the Windows 7 drivers for your Realtek RTL8185L will help. Look halfway down the page, it shows a new driver for Windows 7. Sorry but it took me awhile to find them because I did not have the complete model number for your router.
It's dated 1/11/2010 Hmm sounds like a brand new driver to me. I'd say we have a winner.
