    Hello Waterfox,

IE8 is already running in Windows 7.

In Internet Explorer, click on Help (on menu bar) and About Internet Explorer to see the version number.

I have been running RC1 for a while on Vista. Do I need to download the whole IE8 to get the final release? Do I just download it "over the top" of RC1?

Update: looks like I go into "installed updates" and uninstall RC1 from there and then install the final....right?

    Hi Nate,

Yes, you will need to uninstall the old IE8 first in Vista there before installing the new one. :)

Thanks Brink....found it and it worked great! It's not going to get me away from Chrome but it looks good. IE is doing better.
