1° priority is: PS3, Wii, and the first room.
2° priority is: Second room, hall and the last room.
3° priority is: Outside the house.

I would defintily put the ROUTER in the same room as your PS3 and WII... My thing is that you should just really test the signal.
Put the wireless router in the room with the PS3 and instead of gonig throug all that trouble of installing an AP check out the signal with all of your laptops. if you are not satisfy, then definitly look into installing a secondary ap.
My gut feel is you may not need the extra AP. The DIR-855 looks to be a 2x3 MIMO which should give you a good signal and good throughput. The dual bands give you flexibility to use both 2.4GHz and 5GHz at the same time if the client devices support it. Many new laptops have dual band radios now.
802.11n won't give you it's full capability unless all the devices connected to the router support Gigabit Ethernet (1Gbps). But even with standard Fast Ethernet (100Mbps) it's faster between devices on the router. It won't help your DSL connection though.
The router is normally placed near the DSL modem so try and have the DSL installed when the router can be centrally placed in the heavy coverage area. If you can get CAT5e run from the router to the PS3 and Wii that will provide the best performance for them. Wireless is good but it can't beat a good hardwired connection when you can do it.
You've got quite a few good suggestions here. Be mindful of the K.I.S.S principle: Keep It Simple Stupid. The more complex you make it the more trouble you'll have. Networks run best when they're not too complex.The more reliable they are the more invisible they become.

Sorry man, but I still need some help.
I was at my new house right now, and this is the deal about the PS3/Wii room, I have a heavy glass in the fallowing locations in that room:
The distance between the last room and the first room is about 12 to 15 meters, the distance between the PS3/Wii room and the first room is about 3 to 5 metters, don't know for sure, but has a wall like you can see in the first photo. :)
So the thing is I can't put the router behind the glass, is it good if I put the router where is at the star? Or the glass will break the signal? Because if I put the router over there, I can cover the entirely left side of the house. The bedrooms will have cables, then..
And you think the Cab5e is suitable for me or you would recomend the Cab6?
And about the devices, if I plug the adapter at the notebooks, them they would support all the features of the router right? So what is the deal about this:

Glass will not break the signal...
Its more or less how dense the wall is... for instace... something with thin walls the signals will go through but if you have brick or metal steel in the walls then it will have a very hard time goign through
If it is glass you will have no problem at all.
