Share calendars on our network

Hi, we'd like to share the calendars within our network. Is using an Exchange Server the only way to do this & if so, what does it entail?

Alternatively, can we possibly copy a calendar file into our shared files & access that way?

Thanks

That looks like it could be an option - but is it possible with Outlook calendars? Sorry I didn't clarify that in my initial post.

Thanks for the reply

Sharing Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Contacts

It looks like you can email or publish it to the internet but that's only for Outlook 2007.

probably a safe bet this is what was needed. office 2007 has the vast majority of the market share.

Hi Folks, For years, I've used the calendar in Windows Live Mail (always using the newest version). I could add an event on either of my pc's and it would sync on the other one when accessed. This has become unpredictable during last week or so, making it untrusted. - I have tried Google...
