Can this be done?

I have a desktop with (dualboot) Window 7 & ubuntu 8.04 I installed Ext2Fsd & I can see ubuntu from window desktop. OK now is there a way it see ubuntu from wireless laptop with Window 7 when desktop is on windows side? I can see window & ubuntu when ubuntu side is on from the laptop.

If the desktop can see the ubuntu partition, you can share it as a normal windows share, does that help? What do you need to be able to do to the ubuntu partition? Copy files?
