    DNS Error/Server Problem

Hi. I have windows 7 and lately me and my brother who both have windows 7 operating systems on our computers, his is a desktop, mine is a laptop.

I can use the internet for a little bit, such as right now. But later on it will start displaying pages in weird format, and after that it says that it can't connect to the server for the website. But it happens to a lot of different sites.

I've looked around but I didn't really know if anyone else was having the exact same problem. Can I get some help?

    Welcome to Seven Forums!

Are you connecting wirelessly? Poor connections can be caused by several things.

    Items to check:

    1. Drivers for the wireless adapter on the laptop
    2. Levels of firmware on the wireless router
    3. Wireless interference caused by other devices, etc.

Making sure drivers are up to date, making sure the wireless router is up to date and known to be compatible and trying other wireless channels are some steps to try.

What make and model wireless router are you using?

Let's start with that and take it from there.
