If you right click on the network icon, near the clock.

    Open network sharing center

    Under network, local area connection>disable.

    Never tried it myself, .

Just click on the icon, and it will list your connection, and others available, so just click on your connection, and "disable".

That wasn't what you originally asked. Those sites I imagine log your i.p, so I don't think you can.

You could create a shortcut to your router control which is your default gateway. Then do what you like to disconnect the internet.

On your desktop right-click, New, Shortcut. In the box copy in the default url of your router...say http://192.168.1.1/

Then next. Type in the name of the shortcut and that is it.

Man just download JDownloader and then create a http live header script, and you will be good to go! Rep. if this works for you.
