Do you have any device issues in Device Manager. Any yellow exclamations? Can you also provide more info on what your network setup is?

Is you think your network adapter has the optimal driver and it's working the way it should, then a slow internet connection might be your ISP. Do you have another machine that you can test this modem with?

    Open up command prompt...
elevate it to admin by right click and run as administrator

copy this into the command line, press enter and then reboot.

netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=highlyrestricted

if it doesn't work out for you, then open cmd again and type:

netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
