I see :) i suppose that's solved (Y) but how can i go about degrading something to vista to allow it to work? Or is this possible??

I would uninstall the current driver from Device Manger then let Windows install it's own driver which is supposed to work perfectly from what I have read in this post below.

I really do not know. I tried with and without the new driver!
If you are running 64 bit there are more problems with this adaptor. Some older posts show how to get the driver components from msoft. If the driver updates don't work you should reset the router and go through the router set up routine then try again.
