It would seem at work you may have some network restrictions setup by your Network admin there. And what ports are available for networking connections etc. You would be best to check with your Network people first.
What can you tell us about your work network, wifi setups? |

When you connected the first time, was it functioning 100% or was it limited connections. Also, have you made any changes to your system?
Can you provide details of your ipconfig /all, this might say a few things. |

We need to know what the ipconfig say to say for sure what issues you are having. It's troubling to hear that things worked and then it doesn't, cos unless you've made changes to the system, or your work network has changed it can be anything.
