For the Inspiron 1440 laptop yes they do, for the Studio 1735 no, so I've tried using both the Windows 7 included driver as well as the Vista 64 Dell driver - no success.

I edited my previous post as you were replying. Have you seen the MSDN blog link I posted?

Yes, as a matter of fact, I posted the link to that same article in my original post. It has done nothing for me, BUT, just for S's and grins, I'll go ahead and do it again. :-)

For the Intel wifi enabled laptop, did you download the Intel ProSet tools? I came across a thread where someone had luck enabling LEAP after he installed the ProSet tools. I know EAP-FAST is the replacement for LEAP, but perhaps the steps may help.

WOW - Don't I feel like a flipping dumb-a !

It worked this time around... What was different about this time? I have NO CLUE.

Guess I'll try it a few more times at home on the Studio 1735 when I am off tonight.

Windows 7 Beta FAST, 7 RC SLOW
Cannot understand this. The Beta version was BLAZING fast on one of my PC's. Windows 7 is CRAWLING so slow, I am going to put Vista back on it. I did a CLEAN install too. I would not think the RC would be worse than the Beta. This does not give me confidence to buy the final version........
