Windows 7 & Snow Leopard : Printer Sharing

i've 2 computers :
1)Windows 7 , with Usb Printer
2) Macbook with Snow Leopard
the computers are connected via ethernet to HUG.

if I use windows Xp , printer and documents sharing is OK (mac see win and viceversa).

if I use windows 7 , sharing is not OK ( mac can't see win and viceversa).

how can I do?
the workgroup (of course) is the same...I've turned on sharing on the printer...what else??
thanks a lot
