Before we can get into the Ip nature of the network, lets try and understand what is happenning.

The shares disappear, from where, in the Shares folder in Manager computer, in windows explorer? Can you give examples or screenshots?

Shares are setup on the machine (you don't config IP in a sahre eg a share foldor), IPs are for connectivity from one machine to the other. Thes two are independent are they not?

change your DHCP to something outside the static range or change your static IPs not to overlap the DHCP range
I did that and voila! now everything works. DHCP range now from to

PC1(Win7) -
PC2(XP) -
PC3(XP) -
PC4(Mac) -
