I've tried the Nvidia drivers as well.

I just went out and bought another netgear NIC and it worked properly.

Well glad you got it working, but your issue is with drivers... your screenshot shows an unidentified sound card and NIC listed in Device mgr, as well as an unknown device.

I'd have to say that a little time spent with debugging your drivers would solve your issue. Do you have sound???

Both of the unknown devices are audio drivers, one is onboard and the other is a PCI one.

I disabled one of the NICs so it wouldn't create any extra problems.

Hi Aaren - I would suggest checking out the Compatibility Center: Windows Compatibility Center. Also, this resource may help to troubleshoot the issue: Why can?t I connect to the Internet?.

Hope this helps!

Cheers,

The disabled NIC is only listed as Ethernet Controller... it should say what manufaturer/model if it had been installed properly. Again that was your original issue, but you solved it by buying a new NIC... Now what are you going to do about your sound???
