The DNS server isn’t responding in 7

    I have a D-Link 2640T router/modem.

in windows XP , i can connect to internet perfectly and after logging to winXP , it automatically connect me to the internet. there is no problem in XP.

but in windows 7 , i can't connect to the internet and the "no internet access" sign , appears in front of access type.
i also tried the troubleshooting of win7 and it said the problem is :
    "The DNS server isn’t responding"

    more information :
the router connected to the pc through Lan
    connection type : ADSL
i already upgraded my router to the latest firmware
here is two screenshots of my preferences :
    Inspic - Image Hosting

    any solution ?

If you tried the W7 troubleshooting it would've done the flushdns ip renew/release etc, but you never know.

    Try doing it again..

    C:\ipconfig /release
    C:\ipconfig /renew
    C:\ipconfig /flushdns

Do you have another machine that you can possible test the connection, either LAN or wireless.
