    i am trying go to a website i normally use but
    says there is a probem with loading page
    but if i go an to another computer it works fine

    That site will not load on my system. It is blocked by Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

    If you have got MBAM then right-click the icon in the system tray. You will see an option Add to ignore list, next to which will be an IP. Click on this IP and MBAM will no longer block the site.
