    Using Wireless N crashes laptop

    Hello all,

I am using TVersity to share media across my network to my XBox and my PS3. It has been working fine for the most part with some stuttering on occasion, so I bought a new wifi router that supports wireless N because my card supports N. Now when I'm sharing media, I will get random BSOD's complaining about IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. The memory.dmp file says the network driver is probably to blame.

The card is an Intel 4965AGN. I have tried the driver included in 7068, I have tried the driver from Intel's website, and I have tried the driver from Acer's website (manufacturer). Any thoughts? I'd like to be able to start sharing media again.

    Thanks!

I changed my PS3 to half duplex connection and it works a million times better than when it was full. Perfectly now for getting media served to it and internet browsing. You could try something like that if you want. I'm on a D-Link router, DI-624.

As for your driver issue, see what Windows Update will offer you, if it does any at all. Install that and try.
