How to share files via LAN?

I just plug the computer each other.(I knew it's silly but a good try, isn't it?)

    And got a "Unidentified Network"
And I tried everything that I could do in my experience.
I could only access the Public folder each other.

And I got a permission error on accessing other folders.
I tried to make 'Everyone' can have a 'Full control' to the folder.
But it seems the must be something missing.(I think that's because the 'Everone' means 'Everyone in this computer, not others)
    Of course, that doesn't work.

    So, please help??

And, no router, nor switch, etc...

Your connection between the 2 are fine. If you are trying to share files located on your c:\ drive it gets a bit more "interesting" In order to share file between the two you will have to set permissions and security settings in the advanced sharing options to include "everyone". Creating a "share" in this manner will open those file everyone... not overly secure depending on router settings etc. Normally it's fine as that's pretty much how win98 and xp tended to do sharing.
