Unable to connect netbook to network

Recently purchased asus 1005 ha netbook. The problem is that windows says it is not able to connect to network.I think that I put in the wrong security key for my router. My question is how do I go back and change the key.

Reset your router by pressing the reset switch (usually there is a small hole on the back of your router) this will reset it to its default settings... hope this helps..

Highlight your connection then select Disconnect on the Connect to a Network popup when you click connection icon in System Tray. Then reconnect with correct key.

If this fails, use Manage Wireless Network in Network and Sharing Center: highlight, Remove and then add back.
