Stop request for login over network W7 to XP

I don't want to submit login and password every time I try to access files on my Windows 7 Ultimate computer from my XP computers on a network at home.
    How do I stop this?

    Check the "remember me" box.

@CommonTater If it were that easy I would have done it.

XP does not give a box with that choice.
    How to fix this???

Yep, that's probably the best answer.

FWIW... there is an XP tweak to remove the checkbox from that login dialog. I don't have it handy, but Google is your friend... See if there's a way to undo it.
