Windows 7: Can't discover other computers on network

Usually these types of problems are caused by which ever A/V or third party firewall you are running. Often times the only way to fix this problem is by uninstalling those third party programs. Sometimes when you reinstall them they will pick up the Win 7 network and make the appropiate adjustments after the new installation.

The extra tunnel adaptors being created indicates a problem with IPv6 or the involved settings, possibly even the router.

You can use IP commands to flush the DNS and old tunnel settings.

Go through the commands in the link below to flush or renew your DNS and IP. After that reset your router although usually just resetting the router will flush those old IP's.
