Access Denied To C: Drive

Hello, I was messing around trying to share my local disk on my home network and in an attempt to give everyone access I deleted some Users from the Groups or User Names box and added "Everyone" with full permissions. Now when I click on the c: drive I get a message saying "Access Denied" Has anyone encountered this before?

Hello please bare with me as I try to remember but I believe I had to enable the hidden Administrator account and log in under that. Then I added the appropriate users to the Groups & User Name boxes for the drive you want to share (or in my case, I just tried to remember the ones I deleted and add them back). In order to enable the hidden Administrator feature follow this tutorial: Enable the (Hidden) Administrator Account on Windows 7 or Vista - How-To Geek Let me know if that helps. On a side note, I also rebooted (don’t reset) my router because I think the UPnP was malfunctioning and this allowed me to see the network. Sorry if this is a little confusing but I have since migrated to Linux (which I would recommend).
