Windows 7 Ult, Windows 8.1 Pro,

The model number your router is F5D7632-4 not FSD7632-4. The support page for your router doesn't say much but it might be worth a look.

You might try changing the channels in the router control panel because Windows 7 seems sensitive to channels that are already being use in the area. You can also find and install new firmware from your routers set up page which can be accessed by typing into the URL of your browser.
Belkin : Support : Routers : G : F5D7632-4 :

You might have more luck trying a different wlan driver for your Acer laptop, bottom of the page shows one for Win 7 64 bit but I can't say if it's better than the one you already have.

This TechNet thread has some steps you should take which should also help fix the problem, if it's fixable that is.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

I had this problem when I first got my Belkin N+ Gigabit wireless router and found that power-cycling the router as well as re-connecting a few times eventually it took and connected properly.

It may not be much help but that's my experience.
