    Repetitive disconnects

I'm running Win7 Business on a work network, Server 2003 w/ Active Dir. I work in the imaging business, and work off of directories stored on a SAN on our network. If I have an explorer window open to a folder, every few minutes the folder will automatically reload...during that time it appears my PC actually loses network connection. If I'm browsing the web all of a sudden a page won't load, if I'm connected to IRC it'll drop me from the server.

I'm using an integrated Broadcom Netlink Gbit card, and it is updated to the most recent driver. I have considered purchasing a PCI nic to see if it's an onboard nic problem, but honestly at home I run Win7 Ultimate and have the same issue happen. Repetitive events where my net connect just freezes for seconds at a time, and there I've switched to a PCI nic from onboard and it did not solve the problem.

Does anyone have any other ideas of what I could try? This didn't happen on my home machine all throughout Win7 beta/RC until I installed the release, and it happens on this machine right out of the box.

There are so many factors that caused your connection being disconnect repetitively.
Firstly, please check your connection, cable and also network devices.
Test ping from PC to server to make sure there is no problem with your network.
