Service

This appears to be a running service,
in the command line type the following: msconfig
In the pop up window go to the services tab and review the services that are currently running.
This should help in your detection.

That looks to be the Unidentified network problem that everyone seems to getting. This problem usually relates to a secondary default gateway with an improper value.

Well I had to take a guess at which unidentified process was being described. I can't even tell where that chart is from to be honest but because this problem comes up so often I figured thats what it was referring too. I'm a bit confused with this one also.
