Win7 ping jumps

Back with my XP, I had 80-90 pings in some counter-strike servers, now in the same servers it jumps from 90 to 200 and goes back and jumps again on and on. I didn't install any ethernet drivers, I'm using the deafult Win 7 ones. You think I should install the old ones? or this can be fixed? someone please help

LoL you will be happy your not alone, and I have found the cause, its your FPS. I think it's linked to the new WARP system that as the CPU doing display code. Try typing fps_max 30 and see if it still does it.
