    Ethernet Homeplug "crazziness"

Ok Im having a problem with a pc connecting to the wrong router.
me and my sister live next door in a semi detached but the houses arent connected if you get me(she live in next building)
we are both using ethernet homeplugs (different brands)
but my internet has been cut for not paying my bills (im with bt and shes with sky)
and since my internets been cut off every now and then when she tries to browse the internet she is connecting to my router with the message pay ure bill "fool"
how do i stop her pc connecting to my router and only allow it to connect to hers
it fixes the problem when i disconnect my router but i leave it on because peer 2 peer still working (muhahaha)

thats not gonna stop her pc trying to connect to my router though is it

and its through ethernet so you dont need a password with broadband im sure you can set password up;, but thats not going to solve my problem
shes doing my head in thinking that ive hacked her pc or something (the pc that i built for her for free)

To stop the PC from connecting to a router.. the easiest way is to force a "Wireless Network"
with the same SSID as your sisters but with a purposly wrong password and or security setup so it "will not" try to connect at all.

Without a password your sister and anyone else in the area can connect to your router and use your broadband

how do you do that when its automatically connecting through ethernet connection
like it goes phone line plugged into plug socket > electricity > then at the other end ethernet goes into the router
its just bugging me out how from her front bedroom is connecting to my downstairs back bedroom through the electricity
and theres a big driveway between are house
