I think I already mentioned using a Guest account to limit access and also pointed out how to set permissions for an individual user account. I'm not sure what else I could do but I did my best.

No intention to step on your toes just suggesting ways of implementing your suggestion in a family situation - always more difficult than aa commercial one

I just wish I had physical access to some of these machines instead of having the visualize everything which is next to impossible LOL.

And no toe's stepped on at all here, often times the correct answers need to be repeated many times in order for it to sink in. This is true even with me sometimes before I actually "get it".

OK, I' just realized that I've done it but I don't know how.
I check the properties of my folder and it denies access and I checked files inside and they don't have any setting changed which is what I wanted.

You probably just needed to reboot the machine for the new settings to take hold.
